I've been sk8ing for 15 years!!!!! I was sponsered once by The b-side skate shop. I strugal with skating know. I'm good for like one hard day of skating a week. It sucks

edit: I have a Zoo York with Royal trucks, Black panther bearings, and girl wheels!!!

Heres my deck I've skated like 2-3 times this year so its still like new plus my friend owns a skate shop up here so I get shit dirt cheep :icon_bigg

I've been thinkin about getting back into skating. I would only if I could find the board I used to use. It was a Shorty's Muska Silhouette. Best deck I've owned. That with Tensors and destructo soft risers, lucky hardware, spitfire 52mm wheels and black panther bearings. Killer board set-up right there. And i just bought myself a pair of Supras also. The Double E ones. They are really comfortable once they are broken in.

If someone can find me the deck that looks like this, I will buy it immediately....

The last deck I had was the Skateboarding is not a crime with 2 tail devils on the nose, tensors, and swiss bones bearings. The second best deck I owned and it got stolen.

I just started again its been 2 years, My deck is an element that is really beat up, I got Venture trucks, and 4 diff. bearings ahah...I am shopping around for a new deck and new shoes any suggestions??

Me too!!!! I broke my ankle, hand, mested up my head and neck real bad, sholder, and my big toe. My toe is so bad that when I wiggle it my toe is in the middle, not on the side!!!! :icon_mad:

I've only ever dislocated my little finger skating. And that was because I hit a wood chip on the sidewalk. Its amazing that these little pebbles and other tiny debris on the sidewalk can stop a skateboard in its tracks.

wow lotsa former skaters on here,

i used to run a lib tech on tensor trucks, lucky bearings and old zero wheels.

my ankles and knees have yet to forgive me for all those 6ft acid drops.
never broke a bone but i did scrape the shit out of myself, 6 scars on my pinky alone

the unwritten rule of skateboarding was always, your a poser unless you have one fresh flesh wound at all times.

I need to do an agility check to see if I can skate anymore - then I need to see how good the streets/curbs are in Arizona, where I am moving. They SUCK in Florida - can't skate here. I have a 9-year old blank Powell deck with some grind kings and tiny 40-ish mm powell blank wheels [I think mini rat bones or something]. The setup has BARELY been skated on at all. Maybe I can put it all to good use.

I have 2 boards right now, my old favorite is an Alien workshop ranger board, desructo trucks and abec 5s. My new one that i have had for 2 years and never used is a Habitat with destructos and swiss bone bearings.

I miss skating, but dont want to go to the park and get shown up by a 10 yr old... i can hardly balance on a board anymore, when i used to big spin down our 5 step.
