LOL easy :D

LEAVE IT ALONE and enjoy it!!

Trust me the difference between 480rwhp and 500 doesn't make a difference to the bum dyno and at 480 you'll smoke most street cars if you can pedal it well enough on the street!

Think I'd rather a safe/rich tune than an extra 24rwhp and have it on the edge but that's just me I'm old and really over all this :D

+1, I'm not old yet ;) but no need to risk it just to get a few extra ponies.

476 @ 15psi is enough to take most cars on the street and have some fun :)

Emp: Think of an engine as being a bucket full of Revs, from the first turn of the key that bucket is running out.

A 500rwhp production based engine just tips the bucket at more of an angle, a 3.0L engine at this sort of output tips it further, the bucket is finite and WILL run out eventually.

Each time you dyno there's some more gone that you don't get back as there's no reset button, that wasted revs "could" be used actually driving the car and enjoying it before it runs out.

I understand...but car is driven maybe once or twice a month for maybe 6 months. So im not worried about the bucket running out that soon ;)

either way i have other things planned so im not too worried about the supra, its a project and a hobby, so if the engine blows its not the end of the world.

Its not like its going under the knife right now...im pretty much done with it for a while...atleast until spring.

No probs just see younguns here all the time with delusions thinking 500rwhp is "easy" or even funnier "reliable" :D

Then they get all surprised when the bucket runs out!

The Group A cars would have been lucky to make 500rwhp in race trim and you can be sure they had a bigger maintenance budget than anyone here excluding Duane!
