guage cluster not working

so i have been searching this forum and various other sites for the past three days trying to figure this out. all of the gauges in my car are not working, all of the lights, ac, and radio are working. the gauges are the only thing that dont work in the car, i have checked all the connectors and fuses at least five times. maybe i am just not seeing something. any input is greatly appreciated.

It could be a defect in the fuse which you're not seeing... or a loose connection. Have you taken the gauge cluster out lately? I'd start with just replacing the 7.5A Gauge fuse whether it looks good or not. Then I'd pull the cluster and reconnect all the clips on the back. If that doesn't work then I'd start digging deeper.

i looked at it but i did not ohm it out

i have changed every fuse in the car and still nothing. i have also tried another gauge cluster with no luck. i have also looked at the breaker in the kick panel and put it on the ohm meter, it sould be normaly closed i am guessing. i cant seem to find much on the tsrm about the gauges. any other suggestions?
