Well as some of you may know.. I recived a dashboard from ChrisO. When I went to install it this morning I saw that it diddn have the TEMS lights! Not that its a big deal or anything but, has anyone ever disected a guage cluster and has a description of how I could remove the lights from my old cluster and possibly transplant em in this new one? Or how about an exploded view or step by step pictoral of the disection?

Or should i be the first to do that....:biglaugh:

Kyle, make it easy on yourself and just swap out the oil pressure guage. If you want to you can also swap out the speedo. Don't worry about the tems just use your old one.

It's pretty easy, but you'll want to just take both apart and see how it works. I've done it many times and it's not hard.

Basically, you'll swap the gauge bezel (black plastic) from one cluster to the other, and screw 3 wires onto the back of the gauge cluster for the LED's (I believe it's 3). Not hard.

Or, the other option is to swap the gauges you need from the new one into your old cluster. Either way it's not so bad.

Good luck.
