inner tie rods are prolly worn out.

and for the cost of those you could get a remaned rack.

still prolly the inner tie rods. yours does it all the time when turning when moving tho right? id suspect both inner and outer tie rods. and even if they havnt been replaced in a while its a good maintenance type thing to do.

you can get a remaned rack from many places. you can get the left inner tie rod for like 16 bux threw napa but the only right one is like 80 bux. if you look hard enough you can find remanded racks for like 120. maybe call toyota and ask the parts people if they know of a place that sells remaned racks and usually they will go threw somewhere as a cheaper alterative than the pricey new racks. when i worked there we had a couple places and one priced out a rack for me which at the time was a 88 and it was something like 110 bux. i searched on napa and advance auto(which has 20% discount and free shipping over 70) and it was around 180 i think for a new rack.

Not too bad. Its a little bit of work tho. You also need to do an alignment after wards. Make sure to get new rack bushings too. Napa sells outer tie rods for like 20/each also.
