green truck shifter seat or this?

IIRC the stock green one has this green part on top and the black ring underneath. Glued together or something...

One question about the shifter, is there supposed to be a rubber ring underneath the shifter seat? and which one do I order from Marlin? They list three, white, red and blue.. im guessing white?
