Greddy Type S bov

am having a problem with my type S bov it sticks when it's cold out and when the car warms up it's fine. is it possible to safely clean the bov some how. so it won't stick. or do i need a new bov.

boosting when the engine is cold is a no no.....wait for the car to be fully warm and the problem wont be a problem anymore

agreed^^^^...lay off the boost till she is good and warm

You'll still get some compressor surge on a small turbo while driving normally. (After start-up)

I would check the vacuum hose going to the BOV, and make sure it's not leaking a little bit. When my tial was brand new, I thought it was sticking too... I came to find out the vac. hose was leaking a little bit.

Fixed the leak with a new hose and the problem was solved.

tru that's what i have been doing. but normaly the bov would open at 0 vac but when it's cold i does not it's no big deal. just wanted to know.
