greddy type s boost controller

i recently bought a greddy type s boost controller but i cant figure out the best place to put the vaccum line for the intake manifold. i keep getting spike and sometimes full boost is not reached. it seems very eratic. if anyone knows where to put the vaccum line or how to stop this problem let me know.

any where on the intake. sounds like there's a problem with the controller or your waste gate.

would there be any problem with putting the vaccum line with my apexi boost guage. it seems to work fine but i did not know if that would make the boost guage inaccurate.
