Greddy turbo timer instructions in English

Just got my Greddy turbo timer and harness, but I don't speak Japanese.

Any help out there?

Greddy's websites pdf file is all black like a negative.

works for me, try updating ur acrobat reader and/or download the actual file.

I have the auto timer as well, but not yet installed...should I splice or buy the optional harness? If I splice it, how do I deinsulate the barewire without actually cutting the wire to splice it?
