i have 2 bolts into the fenders, and 2 small brackets on the ends that connect to the fender support. i dont have anything in the middle, lol at least not yet,, havent had any problems so far,

Yes, the two on the ends that go into the stock bolt holes in the fender near the tire are used on mine as well. If I remember right, there was a circle indented on the bumper where you need to drill.
Thanks guys. I should be able to figure it out now. Forcedtorque are those screws on the top part of the bumper where the grill pieces are located.
Yes! I think I have either 3 or 4 on both sides behind the grilles. I don't have any at the top, and I have the 2 in the fenders.
