i have a jza70. have been looking around for a greddy boost cut and a greddy speed cut for my car recently. but there seems to be different part numbers and superceeded numbers. just wondering which part numbers are still available and which ones are the correct ones for a jza70 rhd with manual transmission.

boost cut greddy 15510018
speed cut type a 15590201

im not sure if these are right. i got them from the japanese trust/greddy site. but there is no listing for the boost cut in the english site though. and when i try to order 15510018 from a local greddy retailer, they say it doesnt exist. please let me know which are right and where i could buy them online. thanks

I know that the MKIV croud has had a great sucess with using the MR2 turbo BCC, you might want to look into using one as they are able to set where BCC kicks in.

Driftmotion has the trust speed cut defender that is compatible with the 1JZ.. RHDJapan.com has the boost cut defender. Both for manual.. The thing to remember here is that these controllers work for a few different cars. My SCD works on an Mr2 and a few other cars IIRC.

Plain and simple.

I bought a SW20 BCC and it doesn't look like the one the MKIV guys are using. Here is the eBay ad:

But the one I got has only 4 wires. a green one, a white one, a red one, and a black one. No connector. I know what the red and black ones are for, but where do the green and white ones connect to?

Also, there is a "JZA70 boost cut limiter," I own it brand new from japan.. However, I'm pretty sure its just labeling.

Doesn't have a P/N, my SCD does though.. thats the only odd thing.

But it's the same as the 3SGTE one, right? Mine works perfectly.

probably is and if the 3sgte one works that's all it matters.

good find though Dylan, and thanks.
