Greddy Boost Controller?!

I possted a thread yesterday about, tring to figure out exactly what this black gresddy box was, It is a boost controller, but... it has no actual controller inside the car. Also this is a new car i just bought, have been going through the car in and to make sure everything is right, and i missed the BC when i bought it. So my question is should i remove the Greddy box or leave it till i have a new system installed?

take pics of the box and anything aftermarket electronic the cabin and i can tell you for sure

Its not that, this is my 3rd MKIII, Its just my first turbo. All my other cars were just all K&N Back mods, no Electronics, so the controllers and air flow meters are new to me. So im just looking for help with Cpu's and such.:icon_bigg :1zhelp: And there is no controller inside the car anywhere. my friend and i are sure the guy blew the motor put a JDM in and sold it.

well if theres not box then you just have the solenoid....which makes it pretty much useless

well i know when my boost controller is off, it just boosts stock level...not sure about when the whole box is missing...if it boosts fine and doesnt spike or anything i wouldnt worry about it

it seems to hit right at stock 6.8, so i should be fine, and leave it till i get a new sytem. And you said to just set the S-afcII to zero on everything instead of un-installing it completely?

Is the controll box still plumbed up to the wastegate? If it is, I would hook up the wastegate straight to the turbo like it's suppost to be stock just for peace of mind...

If you are just missing the controller. And its for a ProfecB I have the controller, I will never use it. Take a pic of what you have and post it. If it is a match to my controller then its yours, just pay shipping . I will post a pic of the controller I have so we can compare the 2.

for low/high throttle settings jsut put everything to 0
