That's probably the most ignorant and idiotic post I've read on the forums in a long time.

For starters, the people in the community that make products for us make them because they can make money and they enjoy it. If they can't make money, they say "fuck you" and stop doing it.
There isn't an "official" community merch store as this site is intentionally kept uncommercialized (unlike others).
Reading comprehension obviously isn't your strong point, she said she hadn't updated her store and made new products in a year because she's been busy (i.e. she got a job and also doesn't have access to her PC with photoshop). Her site IS UP and has been ALL ALONG. Try clicking the link.

Honestly, by your post, I hope you decide to make some product and have someone rip your idea off just so I can buy it from them to piss you off. Maybe you'll understand the feeling.

Clearly you havn't read or comprehended the other posts in this thread. You know, the ones pointing you to the original owner of the artwork.

You also have not comprehended it's not "my store", as a matter of fact I have nothing to do with it. I just have ethics and integrity enough to respect another person who has clear in plain english pointed out that the design is originally there's. Something you are still clearly missing the point of.

And if you had read the posts you would have clearly understood the page is up, the shirts are for sale and the only thing that is bothering me is your lack of respect for another member of the community.

Clearly spelling and punctuation are not your strong points along with comprehension.

You mean in the one where you ended a sentence with a preposition? ("of" ... oh, fuck it, )

Am I to understand the concept of using a turbo as a letter is now considered copyright infringement? Really?

To state that I'm morally accountable to a business owner who is not advertising and has no legal copyright filed for the shirt in question is completely asinine. Creativity should be prized and ma'am, if you feel slighted because I bought a shirt that was your idea before I knew your website even existed then I sincerely apologize. I've checked out the site, nice things. I just didn't see it before I saw the other ones. Hope your life and business get back on track. (For those of you doubting my reading skills, it was the first post on this thread... why would I need to read further before posting my opinions on the t-shirts I saw on the link?)

And I'm quite sure I don't need a lesson in integrity from someone who would insult a user from the comfort of there own computer knowing that there MOD status means anyone who stands up to them risks a ban.

Have a nice day,

-T.

Agreed Grim. And once again not my shirt not my design. Simply pointing out the ignorance of not acknowledging the designers point and showing some consideration when ignoring them in this thread.

I fail to see any name calling from anyone in this thread.

GrimJack,

You're right. I apologize for my part in this. It's nice to know mods are held accountable too.
