Car damage was supposed to be added in a update. But that was when the game was comming out... its been canceled now and this is all we will get untill GT5 comes out. It will be better this way, and hopefully the crash dmg will be on there right away. Oh, the cool thing about the demo is, it ranks you online with your times. the Top like 10 people you can download and watch their replays. Also, there is drift mode which is fun / challanging.

Tekken > SF anyway. Fuck SF
lol u wish. I think a lot of people simply undervalue how good the Street Fighter games are, from a gameplay perspective. These days it's all about Tekken and DoA dominating magazine covers. And i think i know why...

It's because it hasn't made the jump to 3D (well they did but it was low number arcade port). Time and time again it has been proven that 3D tends to sell better than 2D and all the other major fighting games have been in 3D i.e such as Dead or Alive, Mortal Kombat and you guessed it, Tekken.
And i hate it. Putting a third dimension on a 1-on-1 fighting game just adds tedium to get the "angle" right making for a slower game. and yet again, 3D will always sell better because more than half of the mainstream console gaming audience buy just only for the graphics.

I think thats why there might never be a sf4... it really does pain me. i think capcom is afraid to release another one because simply before people were complaining when they were releasing fresh ones! They tried something new with capcom fighting jam, but it was just like every other fighter out there and no one wanted it. i want my street fighter back!

oh and i was playing tekken recently, it is fun, looks great, but never at the game play level that sf will ever be. it's like if you take a hot girl home, but get no effort in the bed room. :biglaugh:

The street fighter games lost me when they broke into the Alpha series... the rediculous special moves that ended in like 50-hit combos were rediculous. But I'll rock the hell out of someone in some Street Fighter II Turbo

Wow you are full of sh1t! . Untill you play Tekken competitively I don't even wanna hear it. I've been to fighting tournies for just about every game and Tekken is the perfect mixture of not being to technical ( Vitrua Fighter ), and not being under technical ( Street Fighter / Mortal Kombat ). DoA is laughable, Mortal Kombat now is laughable ( The 2D ones were much better I'll agree with that ), Soul Caliber is OK but III is broken and lame, Virtua Fighter is over technical and becomes boring, SF is fun but not technical enough ( well the alpha's are somewhat technical ), Killer Instict not technical enough but had some sick combo's, Marvel vs Capcom would be good as heck and all around challanging / technical if the bastards ever fixed balancing issues, and Tekken is, the best fighting game to date. Each has strong points ( besides DoA, unless you count the titties as a strong point ), but Tekken is the ALL around best fighter.

I mean, in Tekken, you can reverse reversals! Parry damn near anything, do "just frames" which are perfectly inputed commands which take lots of timing and practice. There are combo's and setups for everything. Things you just wouldn't think of immediately. I've been playing Tekken seriously for 3 years and I'm still learning things every damn day I play. Weather its new ways to punish characters moves, or new setups or combo's. How often do you travel around the US to play SF tournies? I been to 50+ Tekken tournies mostly around the mid-west. Top level Tekken is no joke, I find it down right insulting hearing anything like what you just said especially because me more then anyone knows its completely full of sh1t. I also have over 5000+ plays on my Tekken 5 Dark Reserection card for the Arcade, and let me tell you that if this was a no skill game people couldn't be consistant, and the top 3 people here can consistantly beat me ( I'd say I'm number 4 in WI ). And there are such noticable differences in skill between me, the 3rd place guy, the 3rd place guy and the 2nd place guy, and the 2nd place guy to the first place guy. The first place guy can beat the shit out of the REALLY good 2nd place guy so consistantly that he can beat him 7 straight IN a tourney usually to win ( if he's comming out of losers ). The levels in Tekken are so transparent, if you have skill it makes a HUGE difference.
