Got no RPM and water

Well now i have to go on to the dash and se if the problem is there... Dont think there is bad ground for the M1 connector since the check engine light works, and the ground sould not be grounded at all otherwise the tach sould be mobing a little? I guess i have to really get on with this and check everything
