Got my car dynoed 500rwhp at 20psi

Here are my mods
7mgte with comp vrp64mm bolton turbo, 3in exhaust, 40 over with cp pistons, snowperformance meth injection, 2.5in intercooler piping, DM intercooler, AEM EMS, 1000 ID injectors, dual intank walbro fuel pumps and thats about it, 20 psi on pump gas with meth 500rwhp 443wtq

With bigger fuel lines and rail and some more boost my tuner said i should be around 550 to 580 at the wheels. Im really happy with the numbers it put down.

upgradedsupra (duane) will tell you the stock rail will handle well over 800 HP.

500 HP is a little low for 20 psi on an EMS. is it on a conservative tune?

Really what about the fuel lines? i have the pressure but my tuner said i need more flow with my fuel system. And i didnt think 500rwhp wasnt bad at 20psi on a 64mm bolton turbo? what kind of numbers do you think it should have put down? I think my afr is around an 11.2

That's very reasonable numbers for a 64mm turbo. Fuel rail is fine, you might get some benefit from bigger lines to it though.

good #s you got there, hows the 64mm respond rpm wise? how aggressive is your ignition timing set up?

Thanks, It spools pretty quick its tbb. I never really paid attention to when exactly its in full boost rpm wise, but im really happy with it. my timing is around in the 11s low 12s around 20 psi at 6000rpm.

Congrats on the numbers! 500 rwhp is a good number for a bolt on! Rail is good for 1K. The lines could benefit you as Dave mentioned.

Thanks for the info... ill just stick with the stock fuel rail, but i was just wondering what fuel rail do you guys recommend using?
