Ok guys, some of you knew i was planning on a 2JZ. Some of you don't know who i am 
. Any way its here. Yay right? or no ... umm.
So i got my RZ swap last friday 12/7/07 and couldn't of been more excited.
I ordered a "complete" 2JZ-GTE 6spd supra RZ swap, which i was told over the phone several times included full uncut wiring harness all acessories etc etc. Well its here and theres something missing. . . Like a wiring harness.
Quick over view of my experiance. I search tons of Importers called plenty. finally talked to a man named Paul from a place called Got-JDM LLC or Got-jdm.com (G speed corp). He seems friendly and knowledgable at the time. I'd ask a question, and "Oh yes yes thats included". After many companies I settled on them. They offer a "3 month warrenty on turbo engines" and "FREE SHIPPING WITH NO GIMMIKS!" so how could I go wrong. Well after I placed my order I got an email about a shipping estimate. I returned an email saying "isnt shipping free" ?? Get another one "Yeah yeah no gimmcks I know but we normally only ship items at the $2500 range and insurance on $5900 is considerably more". So he went on to say he was going to have to charge me $120 or so extra. So im like what ever just get me my engine. That was a friday, I called the following wensday asking if it had been shipped yet, he promised two days to ship. He said "I am having the transmission check by a local shop to make sure its ok because its so valuable. That right there sent up a red flag as the Getrag is very hard to service and i didnt want it screwed up.
So of that friday I get a call "Well shipping was $593 but we're going to cover it, we want you to be able to tell your friends about your good experiance" I said yeah ok. Keep in mind it was supposed to be free anyway. So the following friday i get my engine, and as stated before there is no wiring harness. So I call him up and tell him whats going on, he says "well those swaps are really hard to come by and they hardly ever send em to me with a harness." I told em that I was told by himself it had one and it is advertised on his website and on my recipt. He told me he'd look into it.
I tried calling him on the following tuesday, no answer and company mailbox was full. Called several times wensday, no answer mailbox full. So i called my mother and had her call. He picks up second ring, my mom then asks on my behalf about the harness, he says his mechanic is "tring to find a compadible one". I try to call again thursday, no answer mailbox full. Friday same. He calls me friday night and says he doesn't have a "compadible harness" and tells me "It doesnt matter anyway it would have to be modified" I then asked if he was going to do anything about it he said "well I cant give you any kind of refund, you'll have to check ebay or order one from toyota".
Basicly I just wanted to let you guys know how my experiance went so you could make your own decision about the company if you decide to buy an engine. I could not previously find any post on this company so now there is one.
Its not that i cant build a harness or modify one but i was told it was included and that is false advertising. So monday I'm going to call up Curt aigner at elmhurst toyota and order all the harness terminals and get some high Quality wire, stare at diagrames for days and make an entire harness. YAY me. I know i could modify a 1J or get an aristo harness but if im going to do it ill just make my own. i want to move all the electronics to the trunk anyway.
