For a decent price, a lot of guys have given good reviews on the KYB gr2s. KYB was also used as a stock part , but they were TEMS compatible.
You can get a set of four for around 150, which is an awesome deal.

i want one that handles good and has good confort mostly handling though.as long as its not as expensive as coilovers i dont really have a budget

Sweet, for under 400 $ why not! If you get Bilstein shocks and eibach springs you might as well wait for antoher 300 to fall into your pocket for some coilovers heh.
