CK- You may have already sent this kind of idea their way, but do you think they(Energy Suspension) might be more inclined to move on this if we got a group buy list together, and were able to gaurantee a certain initial purchase, thus rapidly offsetting their initial R&D costs? (ala Probe pistons?)

Yeah if we can get a full kit, I would be good for a GB. Keep us updated on the talks with the company and I'll keep an eye on this and CK's thread.

I'm lost they are interested in making the bushings or they need more demand? If you want to help get these bushings made write Summit Racing which is a huge distributor of Energy and ask, Hey Summit when the heck are you going to sell bushings for my Supra MKIII, enough of those and Summit will call Energy and let them know your writting in bugging them for bushings. Its all about money you make the demand and the distributor will get them made.

What I wrote:

Hi there-

I was just wanting to write to you, to let you know that it seems there is now a strong demand for aftermarket bushings for the Toyota Supra, years 1986.5 through 1992. Both the second and fourth generation Supras have a selection of bushings already available, but the Mk III's seem to have been left out, even though just as many Mk III's were produced as Mk II's, and the fact is, that there just aren't that many Mk II's running around anymore. These cars are now pushing 20 years old, and at least in my case, it's becoming apparent that the original rubber bushings have had it. I belong to two forum sites, and we've discussed this a few times. It seems that there are alot of us that are ready to buy these kits, but don't want the OEM items, since they are less durable than poly, and are too expensive from the dealership. Please help us!
It just seems like there is a good market here, waiting for you!

Thanks for your time.

PS- bad news, CK- the email came back because of a bad email address?
