im getting a 91 supra with stock turbo and i just wanted to now how well they ran and what are some cheap things to do to make it better

Intake, full exhaust, 550's , safc2, Lex AFM, boostcontroler.

make sure car is in perfect condition, all maintanence done before modding

does that include headers or is it just the down pipe and muffler. what have u done to yours

Pay attention to the bit that tells you to fix all the maintenance items before you start modding. There are going to be tons of old, leaky gaskets, stiff hoses ready to break, torn seals, etc, and all that needs to be taken care of before you start adding get up and go.
