my best friend as an n/a fc(tanabe springs, st swaybars, turbo 2 breaks, 225 sticky tires, exhaust). i get in that thing and it feels like i'm driving an f1 car. absolutly amazing. so he owns the auto-x courses, but i make him my bitch in the straights. i think a fb track car would be real sweet. but if its not BHG's then its apex seals, and if not that then crankwalk or a bad tranny. i think having 2 cars could get expencive quick.

Will, I don't think I could feel your pain any more than I already do. I've given up 9 cars in the past 2 years that I swore up and down I would never get rid of. No B/S, it really is like getting a new girlfriend...<--("I love her to death, I'm going to marry her! I want to be with her forever!")...Yeah...about that, lol. Just go with your heart...I can relate to how you feel on the count of I owned an FC3S Turbo...absolutely B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L. I didn't get too far with it as I sold it because I got the chills for a 3000GT:). Everyday, at least one point throughtout the day, I'll think about my old cars..and I'll miss them...but look at it this way. If you TRULY have a passion for cars, then someday, you will own it again. Oh, and just for the record, the Supra is a lot faster than the RX-7:):):). Just a "little bit" faster...hehe.
BTW, $6,000 + MKIII Supra + Patience = One bad butt Supra:)

I, on the other hand have a weird fetish for Mazda's(Particularly FD3S & FC3S)...

But there is just something about rotary motors...:aigo: :nono:
My RX7 I had, I never had to do any real tearing apart or maintenance because I owned it for a very little time...but from reliable sources, I have heard that they are not the funnest to "rebuild" or "work on". I don't know, I guess it's just a lack of experience.

my friend owns an fd and its scarry fast. the thing like a go-cart! the first time i drove it i was amazed by the handeling. so nimble but if you tap the gas in a corner, its sidewaze. :evil2:

$13k is a bit steep for me, but it's his dream car and he's payin for it.

the supe's faster anyway... jk. (i'm just jealous) :(
