I sure as hell wouldn't go and start modifying the combustionchambers personally. This is asking for trouble and while good for the track (stronger upper power band more often than not), you low down powerband will be much smaller to virtually none existent.

Ever single cumbustion chamber mod I have read about has resulted in less than satisfactory results for the street.

Those protrusions are placed in there for a reason, swirls even ditribution of gases etc.

My 2 cents, but other then this I found port matching, polishing DID make a very noticable difference to my overall performance with my 7M setup. Lowered the point my boost came in also (sooner) not to mention it also resulted in a subtle but more badass sound.

I think I paid 1500 years ago for mine but kept the stock valves(checked,resurfaced,3 angle valve job,portmatched to honed manifolds). Mine was done by Stve Hoff who did a lot of 1J/2j/7M heads
