Godspeed Intercooler Questions

Alright so I got a Godspeed intercooler and i was wondering if anyone knew a good way to bypass the intake; the intercooler piping blocks the intake. Here is the link to the specific intercooler i have. I realize it shows pictures of the setup however the pics they show dont represent the intercooler i purchased.

WTF would you want to bypass the intake for? lol? im confused. i shouldnt have smoked b4 i logged in.

I'm assuming it goes through the snorkel hole and not the fender. You'll need an aftermarket filter to clear.

Ok the stock intake does not fit with the piping from this godspeed IC so yeah i need a different filter to clear. I plan on getting one from Apex. sorry for the confusion
