Nyquil + Orange Juice + as much sleep as possible is my standard Flu-killer. Generally gone in 48 hours or less.

Granted, I have a ridiculous immune system, so YMMV.

No clue. My gyn also gave me Ultram for my endometriosis. Haven't tried that stuff yet.
