So wait, only a few of your guys have actually used a torque wrench to put it back on?

I don't know why it would be so hard. You can buy a really nice 4' break bar from home depot racing for less than $5 bucks.
ummm look up "TTY" :(

4' bar you may be exceeding the TTY on the bolt and correct it won't come loose but it may just decide to pop the head off one day.
