I assume you guys don't plan to use it with the stock ECU...since there's a calibration issue there.
The wiring:
The three pins on the GM sensor are labeled A,B,C (left to right looking at it with the connector on the bottom).
A-ground
B-signal
C-5v
On the 1jz map sensor:
1 (brown wire) - ground
2 (light green/black stripe) - signal
3 (blue/black stripe) - 5v
