Only place worse than WI is Minnesota or North Dakota, those people are nuts, unless your Canadian thats a different story.
With that said MI was freaking cold and still is this winter.

LOL! It's like 21 degrees here right now, which is not cold. It's actually been real nice the last couple days, in the 20s. Anything above 20/25 and people here consider it sweatshirt weather. That said, the average temp here for January 2008 was +1. Which is surprising because there was a stretch of a few weeks where it didnt get above 0.
