I once bought a cheap china made "portapower" from HF. I opened the box, and the ends of the Hyd. cylinders basically fell off. It was made from cheap white metal, and the "threads" hardly existed. I sent it back. Maybe the lugs were like that.

But four wheels all at once. :nono: That guy pissed someone off.
