Getting code 11 and abs light

Put a tranny in my car, after putting it in and cutting the speed sensor wires because the tranny had diffrent connections. Go to start car and imediate check engine light and abs light. Go to drive car and doesnt shift up. Check codes i get 11 momentary interuption in power to the ecu computer. Can this be due to those connections i rewired? Any suggestions? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

For the 11 check the ecu grounds on the intake mani and make sure you everythng else is grounded.

For the abs light you need to check codes but its prolly for the rear speed sensor.

Did you pull the speed sensor out at all?

No i did not take it out, i saw that both trannys had 3 wires, so i just connected the ones from the previous tranny on to the coressponding wires on the other tranny. I just disconnected the ect to try the mechanical shift test and it shifted fine. At this point im thinking it might be that speed sensor. Atleast i know the trannys good.
