it seems that if you could get a pump to actually move a 90 weight gear oil, the next step would be trying to force it through an oil cooler. i bet you'd have to get a cooler with not only large ins and outs, but also large enough passages to flow a thick oil.

Can you explain how this thermal dispersing coating works? I don't see how this coating can increase the thermal conductivity of the metal, as that is fixed and cannot be changed (and the metal is what stands between this coating and the air which will cool it). The only thing I can figure is that this coating absorbs the heat and spreads it beyond the point of contact to disipate heat on a larger surace area of metal? :dunno:
