gauging intrest

what do you guys think of this would you guys buy it?
it can be made with or without the vent hole and for a right hand drive car too.
let me know what you guys think. I am thinking they will be under 30 if i make them. This is not a group buy thread once again just gauging interest i apologize in advance if i am putting this in the wrong place. :nono:

OMG, I would be in on this like a fat kid to cake... My vent thingy was fucked up by the owner in Japan and I haven't been able to find a decent replacement!

forgot to mention this thing just sticks on top of the stock one.. no mounts just a 1/32 inch thick piece of aluminum
with double sided tape.

it looks like it goes on top of the existing cover, if it was made thicker it could just replace it...

Too shiny. The sun would hit that and blind the crap out of me. If it were powder coated black, and didn't have the vent in it, I might be interested.

its gotta be black, to match with the black of the gauges =], itd be cool if you can make it light up too where the text is =]] but yeah id be down for a black one.

well far as the sun goes dosent really get ya and powder coating would jack the price up i can look into painting them.

Looks pretty good. Question... what would the possibilities be to do it in a somewhat thicker clear acrylic or lexan, paint it black, then run it through the routing process and mount some low intensity led's behind it. The routed/engraved sections would be interesting if they caught the light coming through the rest of the material, glow almost.
