legendary mode was to easy.

Do what I do: Turn on all the skulls and try again on single player.

it looks a whole lot better than halo 2... but like I've said...

GAMEPLAY > GRAPHICS

It looks waaay better than halo 2 and the gameplay is awesome.

looks good... but it's about 5 years old graphics wise compared to PC games...

Heres a pic from Unreal2K3, Gamespys "Best graphics" of 2002...Sure looks like Halo 3 to me.

If you're trying to compare it to games like Half life 2 and Crysis its all a matter of opinion. I've played half life 2 on high settings and halo 3 looks a hell off alot better in motion...And Crysis...Enjoy paying out of the ass for upgrades to play on high settings.

I've played halo 1 and 2 on XBox and PC...

It's dumbed down for console in many ways, and on PC it's stupidly easy

Not saying it's not a good game, but I've played far better and have never understood the hype...

Multi player is where the game shines.
With friends and a LAN party and beer Halo 2 and CS CZero are second to none.

XBox doesn't have GT5 and anything released on a microsoft platform will obviously be coming to PC as well, so no point in that for me.

My friend and I sat down to play halo around 10. We took an hour and a half break when I had to talk to a girl on the phone(true story!) and got food, and we ended around 4 am. Beat that shit in one sitting. SO WORTH IT. GOOD GAME

Hah, thats awesome.
I wasn't too impressed with the single player gameplay.
But multiplayer is definitely where it shines, just like Halo 2.
