I think Sean may have the sense to not go completely all out straight from the start this time around. A Supra is more fun to drive and use than just build and build and build. I'm excited to see what happens after that horrible exhaust is straightened out, and knowing Sean, it will be taken care of quite quickly.

^ To explain the pics...

The car was rumored to have a MHG, and an ACT clutch as well as forged internals. (pistons and rods) Tonight I confirmed two of those things.
1 the car does indeed have a mhg, although it is no 2MM stopper like I had before, appears to be a cometic 1.4mm..
2 the car does indeed have an ACT clutch
The internals are not yet verified, but judging from what I can see through the spark plug hole.... It looks promising....
In other not so cool news, I hooked up my boost leak tester and found a 2" tear in a piece of charge pipe, so I replaced it and it no longer falls on its face!

But but you could have them reproduced in China and make a killing :runaway:

Same quality and all!:evil2:

I have some 3" tubing laying around the shop, tomorrow it should have something different, the only problem I have is I want to keep it not loud while I wait for 3.5" stuff and at the same time I also am a bit too finicky to just leave it for now.(even though the car is parked until I deem it road worthy AKA not a slow stock supra)

What amazed me the most was how dry it is the under engine area and tranny area.I have never seen one that didn't have a few leaks and drips. Over all the body seems to be pretty darn good. There is a bit of surface rust under neath where the under coating has stripped away and a few chipped areas with a tiny amount of surface rust.
If the engine does indeed turn out to be built, it will indeed have been a real sweet deal.
