Fuel system for 700whp

I got new parts for my fuel system:

# Sard top feed fuel rail
# Sard 800cc high impedance injectors
(got a jdm 2jz with no resistor pack)
# twin GS341 255lt/h HP Walbro pumps

Fuel lines :
----------------------------------------------------------
# Custom fuel tank hanger with one -AN8 feed line till the firewall....
# Then goes an -8AN inline 'Earls' high performance fuel filter...
# After the fuel filter goes a ' Y ' splitter (-8AN inlet ----> Two -6AN outlets) for
the two -AN6 feed lines for the fuel rail.
# From the fuel rail goes a -6AN line to the Aeromotive FPR
# And last, from a -6AN port on the AFPR goes the stock (low pressure) return
line back to the fuel tank.

My question is: Will this system support 600 whp on pump gas...and
700+ whp on race (C16) gas?

Things I could change over my fuel setup if I have to:
Two 260 lt/h Sard (intank pumps) instead of two walbros...
-10AN feed line from the tank to the Y splitter instead of -8AN feed line

Please do post your thoughts...:sarcasm:

Keeping in mind that you are installing everything the right way and using the proper components, looks like you have a system that is good for 1000+HP with only your injectors as a limiting factor. Your fuel system should handle your HP goals.

My setup is very similar, but I'm shooting for about 100HP less than you.

looks good 2 me ive a similar setup but im running 880 injectors. i am looking at 1000cc or 1200cc, though ive been told that i shouldnt have to much problem making it with my 880's.

Looks great. If you change anything it should be the FPR and -6an lines to a full 8AN through out. But again, for 600-700 whp, thats a beefy system.

Its about the same size as a -6 line.
Its actually a -5AN (7/16") hard line.

You mean one -8AN feed line..to the fuel rail, and split it into 2 feed lines?
Or two -8AN feed lines to the rail?
Or you are talking about the return line...?

How big is the oem return line? -5AN?

For 500rwhp as a bare minimum I run

2 x Aeromotive Tsunami pumps
Aeromotive AFPR
2 x Bosch MS filters
2 x -6 fuel lines
1 x -6 return.

+1 :icon_bigg

Or change pumps to two bosch pumps. In tank pumps suck.

Here is a pic of the popular fuel pumps that are used in Supras today.

LOL funny you suggest an ext pump then post a pic of an 040 in tank Bosch :D

I couldn't live with the Coffee Grinder Bosch pumps I was running as my car is so quiet they seemed MUCH louder than I wanted, swapped in the AeroMotives and while better they were still noisy so I ended up PWMing pump #1 as slow as it would go and still maintain the idle pressure I needed then had pump #2 kick in on boost.

My "point" is think of what you need in a fuel system and pretty well double it as there's NO ROOM for error once you start pushing a turbo engine hard it will melt in milliseconds if leaned out on the top end.

Ian, that's the Bosch 044 pump - lots of guys mount it external ;)

Here's the system I'm a big fan of up to 600-700hp:

MKIV Denso pump in the tank running to a surge tank, with an external 044 supplying the real pressure to the fuel rail ;)
