Fuel pump question

Please explain, I am not familiar with this. So above 60 psi the pump internally bypasses back to the tank?

so base + 20psi boost before it happens, fuel delivery levels out, this is where the Bosch MS pumps rule as they don't plateu like the Denso's.

A Bud runs an EFI hardware business and has data on all the common pumps compiled through their own in house testing.

Its also true that the Higher the FPR psi, the less the pump flows. This is why walbro has a HP unit too. CHeck this out... gives you a general idea.
