I don't know how many people have read my last thread of problems I was having with my 90 mk3.
This is it: http://www.supramania.com/forums/sh...t-everything-tests-good&highlight=spark+tests
well anyway my spark problem was resolved by replacing my Circuit opening relay and EFI main relay. Now my car starts but with a whole new can of worms.
Now I'm getting fouled plugs and still getting the rich condition I had before my haunted engine problem.
When I removed my intake manifold the inside was covered with fuel and th lower part had a few puddles.
So what I did was do the test I found here and jumped +b and fp turned the key to on set my preassure to 40 and checked if my injectors were leaking at all. No leaks.
However when the key was turned to off my preassure dropped instantly to zero. I thought it's supposed to stay at around 20psi for a while, am I correct?
Another thing I looked up was ( I have an AEM afpr) the afpr to see if there's something wrong nwhat I found in their website was that the inside has a return orifice that is interchangeable. The smallest being a .100", .150" and the biggest of .200". Their website says that if the orifice is too small idle will bee crappy and will cause a rich condition. Too big will make it difficult to set pressure.
So my theory is that (mostly hopes) I can find the return size from the aeromotive models to chose the right size on my AEM.
If anyone else have any ideas on how to fix this? Ps I have an safc2 on the way to help me with the Lexus.
