hey everyone, i have an 87t 5 speed and i am getting too much fuel. once it gets past about 3k rpms it backfires and dies. i dont have an safc hooked up to it and i was wondering if there was anyway that i can adjust it without it.

I don't think you can adjust fp w/o a afpr, but before you start fiddling with fp, how about a list of your mods? Also, are you getting an codes?
i have a lexus maf, aeromotive fuel pressure regulator that i dont think is working correctly, 550cc injectors, 3in.intake and 3in. exhaust from the turbo back. i just replaced the plugs and wires because it was running like crap. it runs better now but it wont go over 3k rpms.
