So I got my hands on a AFPR ( Aeromotive ), and I am wondering what to set the pressure at. Here is a list of mods that would even make a difference.

550 injectors
Walbro pump
HKS VPC ( no maf, and 550 chip )
HKS Fcon

I just don't want to put it in there and set it wrong and screw it up.

Second question is, I am finally getting around to installing my catch can and can't figure out how to run the hoses. I am planning on running the turbo with no intake on it. Before anyone gets any ideas on running their mouths about what that can do to the turbo, save it. I know what it can do but when I rarely ever drive the car except to the weekly get together on Friday nights.....I'm not worried.
So I guess my question is, where do I run the return line from the can? There will not be any where on the intake side of the turbo to plumb it. So should I just hook it up to the normal place on the TB? Pics would be so helpful if someone is running it like this.

Please no smart remarks and if you are not helping then please don't post.

So even though everything I have is upgraded I should still run stock fuel pressure? I thought the whole point of getting one is to change it.....not leave it at stock?! And Cajun don't think I'm being a smart ass here...lol. If I put this AFPR on there and leave it at stock pressure....Wouldn't that be the same as leaving the stock system in there?

Stock is your baseline or reference point to bring your car back to where it was. Once you have it set you can adjust accordingly, in your sig you list a wideband. Now your can find the tune that suits 'your car'. Find a dyno near you to get true hp/tq readings.

Here's a routing diagram that was put together for the right way to plumb in a catch can. It's from a thread on this site, but I can't for the life of me find the thread, I just saved the picture link. Catch can goes where the compressor filter is labeled. It was also mentioned that putting a 1 way check valve (ie...PCV valve :icon_razz) between the catch can and the "T" to prevent any pressurization of the catch can and ensure that the flow goes towards the accordian hose and the rest of the intake under boost.

Meh...no worries. I know you're not being a turd. :)

There are two main reasons to upgrade to an AFPR.

1. Bypass the J-Tube to prevent cavitation when utilizing a High Flow Pump such as a Walbro 255.

2. Adjustability for tuning.

A few dynos ago, I got 5 extra HP and TQ with a fuel pressure increase of 5psi over stock. That's no formula, it's just what my car liked. ;)

You should, if you are not running a intake pipe, use some sort of vacuum source with your catch can. Many owners like the "vented" cans, but the ones with vacuum work better. It will help to pull the vapors into the can rather than depending on them to get to the can on their own.

If you are not going to use an intake pipe, get a catch can, run hoses from each valve cover to the can, then the vacuum source from the throttle body to the can.

I cannot tell you about any other can besides the one I sell. I have sold a good amount on here and they all have good reviews. Steve, Toyotanos, bought one of mine and is using it on his car and it's doing it's job. It's not a cheap E-Bay can either. Vacuum always helps a PCV system.

I would like to find somewhere else to plumb the catch can to other then the accordion hose. I would much rather run nothing but wide open turbo. I really would rather clean up the engine bay. So the less hoses running over the top, the happier I am. If this simply can't be avoided then I have to suffer.

So can I just use the NA metal vent tube, and run one hose to the catch can, and then the other port on the can, maybe run a hose to under the car and let it vent off down there?
