I am trying to find the location of the fuel pressure control VSV. I Am not getting any pressure at the rail.

No codes, Pump good, COR relay good, FPR good, Lines are not pinched. Pump comes on with ignition and with diag block jumped . So I checked the TSRM and the VSV seems to be the last thing to check...

If and I mean if I switched the connection of the soft lines at the tank . ( the return line and the line going to the charcoal canister would that cause no pressure) if it is that I am not going to tell you guys....LOL

I would definitely double check your lines to make sure you don't have any pinched. This happened to me a while back on Supra I was rebuilding, I have a hard line from the tank to the fuel filter kinked, caused no pressure in the rail, un-kinked it and worked great. Just saying it happens, I didn't think it was either. Also check your fuel filter to make sure it isn't clogged, doesn't happen often but from what I understand it either flows or it clogs completely so check it.
Good luck

You can try this to make sure fuel is making it to the fuel rail.

Thanks JetJock. I Know for sure that there is no fuel pressure. I poped the fuse cover and turned the ignition to the on position. I lossened the 14mm banjo bolt. No fuel squirt
Nothing nada. I am realizing that it isn't an eletrical issue. I has to be mechanical.. SO today I am going to put the car on four jackstands and start at one end and work my way to the other. Has to be a pinched line some where. While I am at it I am going to replace the Fuel filter. I am thinking that maybe I am not getting the bottom of the fuel pump into the plastic baffel in the tank? Oh and I have half a tank of gas as well so I am sure the in tank fuel level is good.
