The TPS and airflow meter share 5 volt refrence, called VC on the diagram. I would think about it for the 31 and 41. They also share E2 ground, but with other things that you don't have a code for, so that isn't it. 52 is a very safe tune because the PCM can not reduce knock. So the mixture is very rich with timing retarded to save your engine. That is why the car runs bad. Probably.

Wasn't this the original problem before the headgasket?

Well I replaced the head gasket then I couldn't get the car to start because I
messed up the timing putting it together

The car is now at 10* with a timing light

So wierd situation going on.

Still have the horrible missfire seems to be running on 4-5 cylinders.

Also the check engine light come and goes with the touch of the throttle. It also throws 31,41,52 all at once everytime and they all go off at the same time.

So I took out my plugs today (bkr7e .028) and 1234 and 6 where black but number 5 was noticeably cleaner.

Does this mean that number 5 was not firing ?

Number 5 cylinder looks damp... :-( the car has been driven about 0.3 miles since the head gasket job. I'm starting to think I fucked something up.

Do you think the dampness is fuel??

Also is it the number 5 plug that doesn't look like its firing or the others.

Just to be clear the dark black plug is identical to #1,2,3,4,6 and the clean one is number 5

Where can I get a test light? Just a hardware or auto store?

And I don't quite understand what you think the problem is that you want me to test the #5 injector.

Are you trying to see if I swap the injector if it cleans the number 6 plug? Sorry just want to understand what it is I'm doing.

If its pulsing its working obviously right?

I just replaced the spark plugs so i have all clean plugs again.

I'm using stock cps and coils and plug wires.

I have adjusted the cps to 10* with te1 and e1 jumped.

With the plugs in the car I have yet to try and start it.

But before you could definitely tell the car was not firing all cylinders

I come from a land down under
Test light should be available at any parts store and useful for a lot of jobs, if it flashes on #5 the wiring is fine, if you swap injectors and the swapped cylinder dies it's just a dead injector, it happens, if #5 stays dead it's something mechanical maybe.

Okay so i I tested spark plug wire #5 definitely getting spark.

So with new plugs and making sure the plug wire is getting spark then I guess the

injector is last to look at ?

Also decided to turn the crank and double check timing and everything is spot on still.

I also checked the clip and wiring to the clip.

Just need to pick up a test light.

So I fixed the missing problem car sounds and drives great.

But I still have some issues car is only pushing 5-6 pounds of boost also has a check engine light and feels dog slow.

So i checked codes asap and know I have code 11. And no more code 52,41,31 since I reset the efi fuse
