What's the highest it should go based on rpm?

1500hz is the magic number where she cuts IIRC.

Code 34 is fuel cut. When you hit fuel cut you will get code 34. Disconnect the battery or pull the ecu fuse to eliminate it. If you hit fuel cut again it will show up again. Is this the first time you hit fuel cut?

I am getting about 35 hz at idle. Yes I have hit fuel cut before. I have a few ideas of what to check next that are long shots. Hopefully I can find what's wrong.
