Fuel Cut Issue

I have an SAFC and I tried to hook up an HKS Fuel Cut Defencer. I know it's been hooked up right, and i've tried every setting yet it won't work. Is there a certain way it needs to b set up to work with the SAFC?

what are your mods? if pretty much stock fuel, then why do you have an FCD? fuel cut is there for a reason.
i was in Sevierville, Tn. for new years, what a great place.
