Fuel cut I think?

well i have a 92 supra and i think i have a fuel cut problem... my car doesnt pass 4500 but sometimes i break it if i stay around 4300.. plus i can only take 5th gear to 3000 lolz really pisses me off... any help??

Something about he cant go to 4.5k straight.. and some times can pass it after staying at 4.3k for a while. and something about not being able to go past 3k in 5th.

First check your codes, then check for boost leaks. If that all checks out, then check your fuel pressure and make sure it's getting enough fuel.
