It cut for maybe a second and I had that feeling like I let off the gas even though I didn't. It did that maybe three times but it was never complete power loss. It was almost like the car was going to die but kept going.

A misfire maybe? All other time's I've hit fuel cut it's like 89jdm said, a violent meeting with the steering wheel as your knee hits the dash and you go "WTF!"

So I did another 2k-5k 3rd gear pull and it did it again right around 5k. Just holding 9psi then BOOM. and it goes back to riding totally normal, and CEL goes off as soon as I take my foot off the gas, which was about 1 second. I'm chalking it up to that when I get to higher rpm the DDP is just moving more air than the fuel system can handle and it runs too lean?:1zhelp:

Looks like its wideband time.

Yea, So if the engine pulled in more air than the fuel system could accomodate for... it would hit FC, so if it ran too lean, would the system know to hit FC? I forget exactly how the AFM works though, and I just got home from a 12 hour work day... So I'll have a better idea in the morning.

shouldn't be hitting that early :-/.... honestly... check for boost leaks, or anything that could be causing the motor to use more fuel than it should... i did a boost leak test today, and boy, i had some interesting leaks... so a lot of air was escaping that was coming through the afm, which means i was running pretty rich, and this was at around 11-12 psi, and i could still go wot till the top of 4th gear when i would hit cut, but i've yet to run it up to those speeds after i sealed up the leaks.... i'll get back to ya, and see how my car acts now

Ya, sounds like a thorough boost leak test is in order...

I don't want to go FCD because once I get the time/money I'm going with MaftPro and all the good stuff. And I dont have the dyno time so I don't want to blow it up lol.

Yeah, there are a number of things that could cause the fuel cut to activate at such a low PSI. Mainly boost leak.

One thing to remember is that the fuel cut from the ecu is not based on actual boost pressure, but rather air flow readings from the AFM. So when the cut actually happens, it can vary depending on mods. The more mods you have, the more likely that the fuel cut will activate at a lower PSI.

Well I just did a 4th gear pull and realized it slowly crept from 8psi, to 11psi, and then it hit FC again. I'm guessing a small boost leak.
