Front Wheel Hub

Does anyone know the best way to remove it?

Book says take it to a shop blah blah... I work in a machine shop so I should have the tools or be able to make any jig that I would need. I'm just looking for a bit of guidance before I have at it.

I have a car with ABS as well if that makes any difference.

Undo the nut behind the cap and press the stub out then pull the circlips and press the bearing out.

It's just a cap on the back side?! Granted I spent like a minute trying to figure out how it came off but when the repair manual said take it in I thought I should ask here before I break something.

Yep same as a normal cap on the front of most cars

Buy new nuts from Toyota they're only a few $.

...hmmm... So just to double check. On the rear of the car there is the dust cap, castellated nut with a cotter pin, then you pull the hub off to the outside of the car. On the front the dust cap is on the INSIDE along with a similar nut/cotter pin setup?

In the front it's a nut with a flange you beat into a groove with a punch no split pins.
