. if i replace the control arm and the bushings and the sway bar link will it seat back where it was originally?

There is something seriously bent. You could replace parts until your blue in the face, with out helping the issue. Remove the other front wheel and compare sides, there is likely multiple issues. Also first check the control arm mounts on the subframe, as it may be unrepairable.

Im still trying to figure out if my car has electronic power assist rack or non power assist rack. I called toyota and they didnt even know.

I am guessing your talking about PPS (which is not a power assist). Does your rack have a electric solenoid on it?

I pulled off the front wheels. the left side looks completely undamaged and still turns wheen i twist the column with pliers. On the right side the swaybar link thing is bent, i ordered one of those. The bellow is ripped, ordered a new one. The reason its pushed out so far is because the tie rod is pushing it way out so i ordered new inner and outter tie rods aswell. The ball joints look in good shape actually. Im going to repair the items that ive listed and then get and alignment and get a good look at it while its on the left seeing as i havent really look at the underbody because its stuck in the grass and i dont like gettin under a car thats jacked up in the grass. I also ordered a new column with ignition so ill probabley replace that before i replace the suspension parts. I dont think i have PPS a guy told me it wasnt on the supras before 89. But i wont be replacing the entire rack as of now.
