tighten the bolts that hold your door latch, lube anything that moves, clean out any debris, clean out drain holes on bottom of door, hell if you want, put some sound proofing in there. make sure the plastic goes back on correctly and replace any broken off door tabs. yes,you probably have a few

I glanced through my pile of receipts but I have a lot of parts simply labled as "cushion" so I am not sure what is the right one. Any parts guy worth your time would be able to find these really quickly. There should be a few of them on each door to keep the glass from hitting the metal.

With your door apart grab the window and try to recreate the sound manually. This will tell you where the glass is hitting the door. Then look for a nice hole in the metal that looks like there should be a bumper stuck in there.

I'm sure Jeff Watson (Champion Toyota Gulf Freeway - formerly Jay Marks Toyota) or Curt Ainger (Elmhurst Toyota) could find these pretty easily on their system.

I did glance over the EPC and could not find these listed anywhere - but have seen quite a few other parts not listed too.

OK, I'll just give Curt an e-mail and see what he can come up with. After I check it out of course! Thanks Keith!

Is it common for my window motor to go out?
my passenger window has always creaped up and down really noisily, but it just kind of gave out the other day... so i bought a window motor from tubbie...

Then i tried it yesterday and it worked like a champ (slow, noisy champ)... but the motor seemed to be working fine like that.

For as long as I can remember I have always had that problem of when I'm rolling the window up and it starts slowing down and it looks like it's going to get stuck, but I had no idea that it was just grease that I needed.

Anyways, does it sound like I have a bad motor?
