Relay or a fried factory theft system.
Page_038.gif

As you can see, the theft computer supplies the starter relay with a ground, if it fusses up, then the relay isn't grounded, and the starter doesn't engage.
The thing to do is either manually ground the starter relay, or bypass the theft system altogether.

Just got back into to town. Thanks everybody for your input. I got it cranking over but can't get it to quite kick over. I've messed the the cps while trying to start with no luck. Any suggestions on this? Thanks!!!

It's been a while since I posted but I did get the car running. I'm a dumb ass. I didn't have any clutch but thought it would get pressure once it started but I forgot that you have a start switch on the clutch and didn't bother to push in the clutch. Thanks everybody for all your suggestions. Even though it was my own stupidity, you always learn something new.
