O no, ok guys this is what i found from the Dorman plugs that i got from Napa. During my rebuild over the summer my machinist special order a set for me, that had no name on them and i installed them w/o sealent, so i bet those out with the shortblock still on the engine stand and went to Napa to get the Droman plugs, and i nstalled them with sealent. On my first tes run i blew one out after only a mile of driving, i put one of the rubber replacements in and, proceeded blow another out after one or two miles of dirving. So im standing in my dirveway like WTF, so i grab the three diffrent plugs my origonal toyota ones, the ones my machinist gave me, and the Dorman from napa. Turns out that the Dormans have less then half the sealing surface(the walls are shorter) of the stockers, and the ones my machinist gave me. Ill post pictures when i get home tomorrow, but maybe we should make a sticky for the engine section to guide people away from the Dormans. This is why im doing a whole new motor setup for spring.
