Free revving after a pull

Its too help with engine coming back down to idle speed. slows down the dropping of rpm so it doesnt stall.

It's supposed to allow a metered amount of air to be released over a period of time to keep the throttle valve from snapping shut allowing the ISCV to maintain an idle.

If the filter is left off of them, they suck up trash and can get clogged allowing the throttle to stay open too long or even get stuck.
